Her story
In her own words
Bianca Camille Fong, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ateneo de Davao University in 2009 and her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from National University, San Diego, in 2021.
Her clinical background spans assisted living, home health, skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute care units, stroke and chest pain centers, and hospital systems, including Valley Health System and St. Rose Hospital. She also completed clinical rotation experience in a dermatology setting, where she observed Mohs surgery and gained exposure to the medical spa side of dermatologic care.
This diverse clinical experience allows her to provide thoughtful, individualized care across different stages of life and patient needs. As she expanded into aesthetic and wellness medicine, Bianca sought credible aesthetic training with a strong focus on patient safety, natural-looking outcomes, and evidence-based practice. She continues to stay current in aesthetic medicine through conferences, hands-on training, advanced courses, and ongoing online education.
Over the past five years, Bianca has had the privilege of serving the Veteran population through medical evaluations and clinical assessments. Listening to their stories, experiences, and health concerns has deeply shaped the way she connects with every patient she cares for. It has strengthened her belief that patients deserve to feel truly heard, respected, cared for, and understood.
Alongside Blanqa, Bianca owns and runs Fong Precision Care, her private practice for Veteran Compensation & Pension exams, occupational health and primary care, serving Veterans since 2021. The two practices share the same Henderson suite — and the same provider.

At Blanqa Medspa, Bianca brings that same heart-centered approach to aesthetic, wellness, and skin care. Her goal is to create a space where patients feel comfortable asking questions, supported in their goals, and confident in their treatment plan. She believes beauty and wellness should never feel rushed or transactional — it should feel personal, thoughtful, and rooted in trust.
She is a proud member of the Obesity Medicine Association and the American IV Association, reinforcing her commitment to safe, evidence-based, and ethical wellness and aesthetic care.
Outside of her professional life, Bianca enjoys traveling, hiking, swimming, and spending quality time with her family. Having grown up spending much of her time at the beach, she developed a deep appreciation for nature, balance, and wellness. She is God-loving and guided by faith, which influences her compassionate approach to care, purpose, and connection with others.

One private room, and no rush
Blanqa is a single private treatment room in Henderson — one provider, one appointment at a time. Clients mention the massage chair and the quiet as often as they mention the results, and yes, those are six lip-shaped mirrors on the wall. They are where this site’s arch comes from.
