• Letybo® is an FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A neuromodulator indicated for the temporary improvement of moderate to severe glabellar (frown) lines in adults.

Who it’s for

Not all patients are candidates for neuromodulator treatment. Certain medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or active infections at the treatment site may affect eligibility. What to expect

• Appointment: approximately 20–30 minutes.
• Ultra-fine needle injections, minimal discomfort, no anesthesia required for most patients.
• Results are noticeable within approximately 2–7 days, with full results generally over 10–14 days.
• Most patients experience little to no downtime. Temporary side effects — mild redness, mild swelling, tenderness, small injection-site bumps, minor bruising — typically resolve within several hours to several days.
• Duration of results: approximately 3–6 months, varying by product, treatment area, dosage, muscle activity, individual metabolism and personal response.

Dermal & lip filler

Dermal fillers are prescription injectable medical devices that may be used to enhance facial contours, improve facial balance, soften the appearance of certain facial folds, and support age-related volume changes. Many dermal fillers are made with hyaluronic acid (HA), a substance naturally found in the body that helps support skin hydration and structure. At Blanqa Medspa, we offer a selection of FDA-approved hyaluronic acid dermal fillers for appropriate cosmetic indications.

What to expect

• Includes a facial assessment, cleansing and skin prep, topical anesthetic when appropriate, and precise filler placement using a needle or cannula, depending on the treatment plan.
• Some effects are visible immediately; final outcomes are generally appreciated after approximately 2 weeks, once swelling has improved and the filler has settled.

Microneedling

Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that uses sterile, medical-grade needles to create controlled microchannels in the skin. These microchannels stimulate the skin’s natural healing response and may support improvements in the appearance of skin texture, fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, and overall skin quality. Specialized treatment boosters may be applied during the procedure.

Your results timeline

• Appointment: approximately 45–75 minutes.
• Days 1–3 — redness, sensitivity, tightness, or mild swelling.
• Days 3–7 — skin may appear smoother, brighter, more refreshed.
• First few weeks — the wound-healing response supports new collagen production and skin remodeling.
• Weeks 4–8 — gradual improvements in texture, tone and fine lines.

Unlike lifting PDO threads, collagen (smooth or mono) PDO threads are designed to support gradual improvements in skin quality rather than reposition or lift significant sagging tissue.

Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, collagen biostimulators are designed to encourage gradual changes in skin quality and facial support through your body’s natural healing response rather than providing immediate volumizing effects.

• Radiesse® — an FDA-approved injectable implant composed of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a gel carrier. It may be used in appropriate candidates to improve the appearance of certain facial folds and areas of age-related volume loss. Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is a minimally invasive medical procedure used to improve the appearance of certain superficial leg veins in appropriate candidates. During treatment, an FDA-approved prescription sclerosing solution is injected directly into targeted veins, causing the treated veins to gradually close and be naturally absorbed by the body over time.

• Selected superficial leg veins

Who it’s for

Not all patients are candidates for sclerotherapy. Certain medical conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, active skin infections, history of blood clots, vascular disease, certain medications, or other factors may affect eligibility. Patients with larger varicose veins, significant venous disease, or other underlying vascular conditions may be referred for additional evaluation when clinically appropriate.

What to expect

• Appointments take approximately 30–60 minutes, depending on the number of veins treated.
• Treated veins gradually fade over time. Some patients begin noticing improvement within several weeks, while additional improvement may continue over several months. Multiple treatment sessions are commonly recommended.
• Compression stockings may be recommended following treatment. Walking is generally encouraged, while strenuous exercise, prolonged sun exposure, hot tubs and saunas may be temporarily restricted.
• Temporary side effects include mild redness, bruising, tenderness, swelling, itching, small areas of discoloration and temporary firmness along treated veins, which improve over several days to several weeks.
• Maintenance treatments may be recommended, as new spider veins may develop over time.
