Who we are

Blanqa Medspa is a medical spa owned and operated by Bianca Camille Fong, APRN, FNP-BC, at 1485 West Warm Springs Road, Suite 109B, Henderson, NV 89014. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Blanqa Medspa. “You” means anyone who visits this website, contacts us through it, or books an appointment with us.

This policy explains how we handle information collected through www.blanqalv.com. It does not replace any separate notice you receive as a patient of the practice.

What information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, your phone number, your email address, the treatment or area you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field. If you call or email us instead, we collect whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site records standard technical and analytics data — the pages you view, the approximate region you are visiting from, the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the site. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Please do not send detailed medical history, diagnoses, medication lists or photos of a medical concern through the website contact form. The form is not a secure medical channel. We will collect that information properly during your consultation.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• respond to your consultation request, question or message;
• schedule, confirm, reschedule and follow up on your appointment;
• provide and document the care you receive, and check in with you afterwards;
• process a payment or a package purchase you have chosen to make;
• send you information you have specifically asked us for; and
• keep the practice’s records accurate and meet our legal and professional obligations as a licensed healthcare provider.

We use automatically collected analytics data only to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.

Booking and purchases are handled by WellnessLiving

Appointment booking, package purchases and payment are processed by WellnessLiving Systems Inc., a third-party scheduling and payment platform we use to run the practice. When you book or buy, the details you enter — including your name, contact details, appointment selection and payment information — are collected and stored by WellnessLiving under its own privacy policy and terms, which you can read on the WellnessLiving website. We access that information to schedule and provide your care.

We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Card processing happens inside the WellnessLiving platform.

Google Maps on the contact page

Our contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find the studio. When that map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies, in accordance with Google’s own privacy policy. You can read it at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not control what Google collects through that embed.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only in these situations:

• With the service providers who run the practice — such as our scheduling and payment platform, our email provider, and our website host — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service for us.
• With other healthcare providers, where sharing is necessary to provide, coordinate or follow up on your care, consistent with applicable health privacy law.
• Where the law requires it — in response to a subpoena, court order, lawful request from a public authority, or where disclosure is necessary to protect someone’s safety.
• With your permission, for anything else. Photographs of your results are never published anywhere without your separate, specific written consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep contact-form enquiries only as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation. Clinical and treatment records are kept for the period required of a licensed healthcare provider in Nevada, which is longer than the retention period for a general enquiry.

We use reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect the information in our care, and we limit access to it to people who need it to do their job. No website, email system or electronic storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Your choices and your rights

You may ask us at any time to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong or out of date;
• delete information we are not legally required to keep;
• stop sending you marketing or promotional messages; or
• restrict how we use your information in a specific way.

To make any of these requests, email hello@blanqaLV.com or call 702-997-6764. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time frame required by applicable law. Rights relating to your clinical record are governed by health privacy law and by the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices, which may set out a different process.

You can opt out of promotional email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send, or by replying and asking us to stop. Opting out of marketing does not stop appointment confirmations and reminders, which are part of your care.

Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us at hello@blanqaLV.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date below. Significant changes will be noted clearly on the page.
